Victor Del Toro, founder and CEO of Pretty Management, is also a stylist and photographer. He was the creative director, stylist and photographer behind these great photos featuring model Tiffany Keller.
Del Toro loves the process of how makeup can transform a woman or even the clothes she wears. He said, “Strong women who know themselves had always been super fascinating to me since I was a little boy.”
He has been a manager for over 15 years. For him, quality is so much better than quantity. To achieve the goal Victor Del Toro set for Pretty Management, he admitted, “It can be tough mentally. You have to have thick skin and not be hard-headed. You are working with a team or agents so people can pick up on everything that you are feeling. So treat others how you would like to be treated.”
Victor Del Toro has had plenty of experience in building successful model names, such as Kara Del Toro. He advice models who want to make their names in the modeling industry, “Never take no for an answer. If you have an agency, it’s good to build a real strong relationship with your booker/manager, so you can openly discuss your career and what the plan is to get there.’
